Bassett Creek Park in Crystal is a neighborhood park centered around a small woodsy stream that feeds into a scenic pond. The west side of the park is mostly comprised of a disc-golf course and a new (Fall 2023) dog park. The northeast end of the park is filled with sports fields and a playground. The east end features sprawling trees over a picnic area. A paved path from the small northeast parking lot follows the stream past the dog park, winding between the disc golf courses and water, around the pond, past the gardens, picnic space, & sports fields, wrapping around a small hill and rejoining itself across a small bridge that crosses over the stream and returns you north through the trees to the northeast lot.
