William Slater Park

This small triangular park features a simple gravel pit with a small red climber, a series of natural logs, and a growing collection of community-sourced toys. Away from the plentiful shade of mature trees, a raised bed brick sandbox hosts finer sand for digging but can get pretty hot on sunny summer afternoons. There is also a small hill rolling through this cute little park. Slater Park is sandwiched between Segoe & Tokay at the edge of a neighborhood, so there’s plenty of street parking but no bathroom.
